- Isaya Adefuin Added July 24, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If only I didn't like the unit that I am renting, I wouldn't want to deal with Trinity. When i was applying to get the unit, they were rude and standoffish. I let that pass because I really want to get the property. When something's amiss in the unit, ex when our stove was faulty, I let them know ASAP. But it took them a month to contact the owner. I kept following up by phone and email. When the unit owner finally contacted me, he asked when I put in the request and he was surprised that it was over a month ago because he said he only knew about it that day. 4 weeks ago, I put in a request to have the strata key replaced and until now I am waiting for it. There were things I let slide if they were only pleasant to deal with. Bt absolutely not!
